PROCEDURE
FOR ORDERING
- Send a photograph of your pet attached to your request of quotation via e-mail.
- Please include all pertinent recommendations and comments in the request for
quotation format in order to make the portrait at your satisfaction
- The art work will be performed in Pastel with the very best paper and materials
available and, unless you do not want to, protected with a thin film of colourless
fixative.
- The portrait will be finished normaly in a turnaround time of two to four
weeks. This turnaround time will be specified in the quotation sent to you.
- Having the photograph of your pet, I will send the quotation to you immediately
that will include the total price, shipment service to be used and the date
of delivery.
- The price quoted will include the packaging and delivery to your address through
the best courier service available (UPS, Estafeta, etc.)
- If you agree to the terms of the quotation, please let me know your answer
using this same via. Having your answer with me, it will start the time frame
to be delivered the art work.
- You will not be, under no circumstance obligated to accept any work that do
not satisfy you completely.
- When the portrait be finished I will send to you a scanned copy of it for
your approval. If you are pleased with it, please procede to make a deposit
of the quoted price in the bank account given in the quotation for at that time
proceed to protect the art work and deliver it to your address.
- Plese remember that I depend on the quality of the photograph for the final
result of the portrait, that is why I recommend you to verify that the color
of your pet in the photo be the most approximated to the real, so in the eyes
as in the hair.
- It will be very helpful if you send me a few more photograps (Besides the
choosen one for the portrait) for me to know a little bit better your pet. By
doing so will ensure a better work.
- All works will be delivered unframed.

The
final price may change if you desire a landscape or other image as background
depending on its complexity.
The price is plus shipping expenses.
In the event that you want several heads, please add 50 U.S. Dls per additional
one.
In the event that you want several bodies, please add 100 U.S.Dls per additional
body.
The specified size of the portrait is the minimum. If additional heads or bodies
are painted, the size of the portrait will be increased accordingly.
If it is your desire a special art work, so in the technic or in the size, please
let me know in order to give you a quotation.
If I have a high quality photo of your pet, undoubtely you will have in return
something more than a good portrait; you will have an art piece of your pettite
beloved pet.
